Data Analytics Manager
A data scientist by training, Lauren (they/them) works jointly with the Graduate Career Center and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office turning data into valuable insights for staff and students alike. On a daily basis, they work across a multitude of platforms – including WalshWorks, Canvas, Qualtrics, Google Data Studio and R/RStudio – to examine the intersection between race, gender identity and graduate success.
Before joining the School of Foreign Service, Lauren was a student at Smith College and data journalist, working for the US Bureau of Labor Statistics and New England Public Media. They have also done data analysis and machine learning projects for Zillow/StreetEasy, The Nature Conservancy and the Tedra Cobb for Congress Campaign.
In their freetime, Lauren enjoys all outdoor activities, especially trail running and rock climbing.
